What types of projects do you handle?

I help small to mid-sized businesses streamline their workflows using Zoho, WordPress, and automation tools like Make and Zapier. Whether it’s CRM setup, form integration, chatbot creation, or process automation — I specialize in practical, result-driven solutions.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before hiring you?

Yes — I work best with clients who already have a defined process or clear goals for automation. If you can describe or diagram your workflow, I can quickly turn it into a working automation or system.

What if I’m not sure how to explain my process?

You don’t need technical knowledge — just clarity. Before starting, I’ll send a short questionnaire to help you map your workflow in simple terms (who does what, when, and how). If your process isn’t ready yet, I can recommend steps to organize it before we begin.

Which Zoho apps do you work with?

I’m proficient in Zoho CRM, Flow, Forms, Analytics, Bookings, Books (configuration only), Sign, WorkDrive, and SalesIQ (including chatbot setup).

Can you build Deluge scripts or custom workflows?

Yes, I can create custom Deluge functions, workflows, and integrations to connect your Zoho apps with other platforms or automate internal tasks.

What exactly do you help with in Go High Level?

I handle everything from account setup, funnels, website building, domain connection, email setup, A2P registration, automation workflows, CRM customization, and ongoing admin support. I can work at both the Agency level and Sub-account level.

Can you fix issues in my current GHL setup?

Yes. I can troubleshoot broken automations, form/booking issues, domain/DNS problems, email deliverability, pipeline errors, or anything that’s not working as expected.

WordPress Services

What kind of WordPress work do you offer?

I focus on site management, optimization, and integrating WordPress with CRM or automation tools — not full design or theme development.

Website Design (UI/UX)

Unfortunately, I don’t offer design services anymore. I only help with building out websites based on the design provided but you may reach out to Jarvey Aldaba a colleague of mine who is a UI/UX designer.

What automation tools do you specialize in?

I primarily use Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, n8n and Zoho Flow to connect apps, sync data, and reduce manual work.

Do you build custom API or webhook integrations?

Yes — if the tools you use don’t have native integrations, I can create custom connections using APIs or webhooks.

Process Pricing

How does your pricing work?

After reviewing your workflow details and project scope, I’ll provide a fixed quote. Small tasks can be billed hourly, while ongoing support or larger projects may use a package rate.

What’s the typical project timeline?

Simple automations or setups can be done within a few days. Larger integrations or multi-app workflows may take 2–4 weeks or more depending on complexity and feedback speed.

How do we communicate during the project?

Most communication happens via email or chat. For complex setups, we can schedule short Zoom calls or Google Meet calls as needed.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes — I offer optional monthly support plans for system monitoring, updates, and minor tweaks.
